Outline Building and Design was established in 2003.
The aim of the business was to provide independent designs and advice to individuals who either wanted something different or wanted to have plans prior to committing to a builder.

At Outline Building and Design each design is individual, taking into account the site aspect, orientation and surrounding buildings.

There are many rules and regulations these days which can affect a design considerably. Guida Roberts , building designer for Outline Building and Design , keeps uptodate on changes in the Building Codes and local shires.
By being familiar with the rules and incorporating them in the design, it avoids last minute changes which may be detrimental to the overall concept.

Guida Roberts has had a vast experience in the building industry, from working in a drafting office for a prominent and leading builder, to designing and fitting out display homes for another prominent builder, and most importantly having on site experience from building several of her own homes.

At Outline Building and Design we design renovations and additions. In this current market where it can cost a lot of money to relocate, it makes sense to stay where you are.
Sometimes it needs a fresh and experienced eye to open up the full potential of your own home.

Outdoor Living

At Outline Building and Design we don't just stop designing at the perimeter of your walls. The design of a house needs to take into account your outdoor living area and your streetscape. Guida Roberts spends time with you talking over your future plans, such as adding a pool or a water feature or even just simple planter walls that add to the street presence of your home.
